Creators and Purveyors of Civil War Era Replicas Our craftsmen create as close to the original as we can, items used during the U.S. Civil War period. We use native woods from our area, where many a battle was fought. Our workshop is on the New Market Civil War Battlefield, so we are as close to history as possible.

During the Civil War, there were many different sizes of these made. The one we replicated was 1000 .58 caliber ball cartridges. It was used by both Union and Confederate forces. The Union model was painted and the Confederate one was plain. Ours has an oil finish and the cover is loose with locating slats. This is so it can be used for storage. 16"W 11"H 8"D $59 for Confederate. $65 for Union. |
